Why was my debit card withdrawal canceled?
Debit card withdrawals fail at a higher rate than our other payment methods. The decline could stem from a few different reasons:
Your issuing bank does not allow debit card credits. This feature may need to be turned on within your online banking portal.
You've reached a credit limit with your issuing bank
Account information is incorrect or expired
Please withdraw to another debit card or use any of our other withdraw options
You are attempting to withdraw to a credit card
If the withdrawal fails, the payout will be canceled, and our Payment team will email you to notify you. At that time, we recommend trying a different card or withdrawal option.
